How To Check The Email System Status

If you have any issues logging in or note any issues in sending or receiving email, you can check the status of the email system by clicking here and looking under "Rackspace Email." If you don't see any notices, please reach out to us for help at (276) 236-8226.

If a long-running issue or outage occurs, we will post solutions or workarounds at https://www.pronetsweb.com/system-status/.

Setup Password Recovery On Your Account

If you haven't already done so, we encourage you to setup password recovery for your email account. This allows you to reset your password if you lose it. You can do so by clicking the ☰ icon in the top-right after you login, then Settings, then click Security and turn Password Recovery on.

Note: The password recovery option may not be available on your domain, depending on how your administrator has configured it
